TO INTERVIEW OR NOT TO INTERVIEW - THAT IS THE QUESTION

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you left an interview?

Because your subconscious mind already communicated to you: “They don’t like you at all.”

Many times I would have wished to leave; when this feeling came up.

But all these many times I had been sent by a headhunter company…

So in order to not expose my agency who believed/s in me I had to stay…

Let’s imagine what I would have said if I applied on my own:

• Thank you for your time!
• Thank you for having invited and received me.
• I sense that we find no common ground.
• Would it not be better if I left?
• You and I could use this valuable time much better than forcing each other to stay and go through this interview.

Yes, you are right: I am a coward; have never done it.

Many times I wished we all were to receive a “time-out” button. Without blaming or being blamed to leave. To leave an unwinnable situation is much better than sitting out an interview…
